What stage is Slotfinch in now?
Slotfinch is in Public Beta—fully usable, actively polished. While we finish testing, all paid plans run at 50 % off; prices will adjust once we launch GA.
Can I create a booking outside my public opening hours?
Yes. Admins can add or edit bookings for any date-time—perfect for VIPs or phone-in customers—without exposing those hours online.
What if I need more than 25 products on the Pro plan?
Contact us and we’ll offer you a plan with higher limits.
Do clients get notifications?
Slotfinch emails customers on booking, confirmation and cancellation. Want branded emails or custom sender? It’s on our feature board.
Is in-app chat available?
Not yet. Please contact clients via the phone/email shown in their profile. Two-way messaging is on our feature board.
How do I keep my listing visible but pause online booking?
Either toggle “Disable Online Booking” in the booking profile or set the product/category status to “Not Available”.
What happens if my Pro subscription lapses?
There’s a 10-day grace period. After that the shop is deactivated until payment—or you trim it to Free limits (delete extra products, remove staff).
Any cap on the number of bookings?
No per-plan limits. Capacity is governed solely by your schedule and per-slot settings.
Can I order a fully custom shop design?
Yes—bespoke themes are available for a fee. Tell us what you have in mind and our design team will quote you.
Will Slotfinch support more languages and RTL layouts?
Yes, we start with English and German, Spanish coming soon. Tell us which language you need—demand guides our roadmap.
Can end-customers pay online?
Your customers cannot pay online via Slotfinch at this time. Visa, Mastercard and mobile payments will be added soon.
Is Slotfinch mobile-friendly?
Absolutely. The interface is responsive and tested on iOS and Android for seamless on-the-go booking.
Does Slotfinch work worldwide?
Yes. We’re a global SaaS running in an Austrian ISO-27001 data centre, compliant with GDPR. Stripe payouts cover 45+ countries—ask if yours is missing.
Can I sync appointments with Google or Outlook Calendar?
You and your customers receive .ics files via email. You can import them into your calendar.
How secure is my data?
Data lives in an Austrian ISO-27001 data centre, protected by TLS 1.3, hourly backups and API rate-limiting. Access is restricted to you and authorised staff.
Can I embed Slotfinch on my own website?
This is in our roadmap for Q3/Q4 2025. Stay tuned.
Does Slotfinch support video for lessons or online meetings?
Yes. Enable “Video meeting room” in the booking profile to auto-attach links to a third-party video platform for online meetings.
Is there an affiliate programme?
Yes—earn recurring commission by referring users. Details and sign-up at /affiliate.
Can Slotfinch generate a QR code for bookings?
Definitely. You can generate and download a QR-code sticker for in-store displays or flyers.
What if all my stuff is busy online but walk-ins arrive?
Use capacity limits: with three employees, set online capacity to two. Walk-ins take the "offline slot", preventing overflows.
What is “Quick Book”?
Quick Book lets staff add the next available slot in two clicks—handy for busy counters and walk-ins.
How can Slotfinch boost my revenue?
Flexible employee schedules let you add capacity only when a specialist is available,
stacking on top of base slots. More seats during peak demand = higher turnover without
overstaffing.
